Since launching her career in 1983, Shirley has navigated nearly every facet of the aviation business. She began her journey in marketing administration for a helicopter completion center, where she mastered direct sales, public relations, and global logistics. Her natural leadership and sharp business acumen quickly propelled her through corporate ranks—serving as an Executive Assistant to the President/CEO, Sales and Marketing Manager, and Contract and Proposals Support specialist.

Today, as Chief Operating Officer, Shirley oversees the day-to-day business operations of Heart Aviation Services. Her comprehensive background bridges the gap between high-level corporate strategy and technical, hands-on execution for both rotary and fixed-wing sectors. Driven by a lifelong passion for flight, Shirley remains deeply committed to advancing the aviation industry and guiding our team toward operational excellence.
